If you can cast to it (Chromecast, Google TV or Android TV) or it's a Roku, yes. On Roku, add the free TV-Top Games app from the Roku Channel Store. The free demo is there so you can confirm it on your own setup in a minute, before paying.
Can I try it on my own?
Yes. Classics is free, and computer players fill any empty seat, so chess, checkers, sea battle and dominoes work with just you. Hit Play the free demo and pick "Just you".
Does everyone need to buy it?
No. Only the host owns the game. Everyone else joins free by scanning the code on the TV. No app store trip required.
