A real game, replayed
How a game of MapMakers goes
Each turn a shape and its terrain show up on the TV, and everyone draws it onto their own map on their phone at the same time. Scoring goals change as the game goes, and now and then a twist hands you an awkward shape to fit in.

Draw the same shape
Everyone gets the same shape and places it at once, so nobody sits waiting for a turn.

Chase the goals
Scoring cards decide what counts, like rows of one kind of land or tidy edges. They change as the game goes.

Mind the twists
Some cards hand you an awkward shape for your map. Plan some room for it, or it costs you.
