How a game of MapMakers goes
Each turn a shape and its terrain show up on the TV, and everyone draws it onto their own map on their phone at the same time. There are four seasons, each scoring different things, and now and then a blight card has you draw a nasty shape onto someone else's map.

Draw the same shape
Everyone gets the same shape and places it at once, so nobody sits waiting for a turn.

Chase the season's goals
Scoring cards decide what counts, like forests on the edge or villages in a row. They change as the seasons pass.

Mind the blight
Blight cards have each player draw a hostile shape onto someone else's map. Box it in or it costs you.
