Bring your tabletop games to the TV

License Your Board Game to TV-Top Games

We build the tech that turns any living room TV into a shared digital board and every smartphone into a player's hand. If you publish or design board games, we’d love to chat about bringing your titles to our platform.

Why We Want to License Board Games

Every game on TV-Top Games today is our own, built in-house to show what our technology can do. At our core, we’re software engineers. Building great platform tech is what we do best!

Our goal is to build the ultimate digital living room experience. To do that, we want to partner with the talented designers and publishers who make this hobby so special and bring official editions of their beloved games to digital screens everywhere.

What a License With Us Looks Like

Every agreement is tailored one game at a time, but here is what you can always expect when partnering with us:

An Official, Faithful Edition

We build a high-quality digital adaptation using your official title, artwork, and rules. You and your studio are prominently credited on the game's store page and right inside the game itself.

Fair Compensation

Every license includes direct compensation. Whether that’s a revenue share on sales, a portion of subscription proceeds, or another model, we’ll land on a structure that works for both of us.

You Retain Your Rights

Our default licenses are non-exclusive. We get permission to host a digital edition on our platform, while your intellectual property remains 100% yours.

You Have Final Approval

You get to test and review the digital adaptation long before players do. Nothing launches until you’re completely happy with it.

We Handle the Heavy Lifting

Software development, server hosting, platform updates, and player support are entirely on us.

We Drive Physical Sales

We want players to own your physical games, too! We’ll link directly from your game’s digital page to where players can buy the physical box.

What We Look For

We review every game submitted to us. Not every tabletop classic is a fit for a TV screen and a handful of phones, so here are a few things we look for:

Shared Board + Private Hands

The TV screen acts as the public main board, while phones hold secret information (cards, tiles, or hidden choices) kept private to each player.

Rules That Software Can Automate

Games with clear legal moves, turn sequences, and scoring logic that benefit from automated tracking, so no one at the table has to play rules lawyer.

Clear Rights

You own the digital adaptation rights (or know who does).

Note: Published titles, out-of-print classics, and self-published indie designs are all welcome! If you’re not sure if your game fits, just ask.

How Board Game Licensing Works

Four simple steps—and none of them start with signing on the dotted line.

  1. Step 1

    Tell Us About Your Game

Fill out the quick form below. Publicly available info is all we need to get started.

  2. Step 2

    We Review It

We’ll look over the game mechanics and fit, then get back to you within 10 business days with an answer.

  3. Step 3

    Let's Talk

If it feels like a good match, we’ll schedule a call to get to know each other. If we need to dive into confidential details, we’ll sign a standard NDA first.

  4. Step 4

    Put It in Writing

Terms, revenue split, credit, and approvals go into a straightforward signed contract. Nothing is official until both of us sign.

Submit Your Board Game for Review

A quick note before submitting: Please only share information you’re comfortable making public. Don't send unpublished rulebooks, prototypes, or trade secrets just yet! We’ll ask for those down the road under a formal NDA.

Questions or Concerns About Our Catalog?

If you're a game designer or publisher and have a question or concern about anything you see on TV-Top Games, we want to hear from you directly!

Please reach out to us at contact@tvtop.games with your name, the title of your game, and what you’re seeing on our end. We personally read every email and will reply promptly. You don't have to be interested in licensing to get a respectful, honest answer from us.

Fine Print: Licensing Submission Terms

  • Submissions: Information sent through this form is non-confidential. Submitting a game does not create a confidential relationship or obligate either party to sign an agreement. Because we develop software in-house and review many games, we may already be independently working on similar concepts. No payment or compensation is owed for a submission unless formal terms are agreed upon in a signed contract.
  • Not a Binding Offer: The information on this page describes how we like to collaborate. It does not constitute a formal contract or commitment to license a specific title. Legal commitments exist solely within a written agreement signed by both parties.
  • Trademarks & Affiliation: All third-party game titles, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Unless a game page specifically states it is an official licensed edition, TV-Top Games is completely independent and not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any other game publisher or designer.
  • Reservation of Rights: Nothing on this page constitutes a legal admission, concession, or waiver of any rights by TV-Top Games or any party contacting us.
