Deleting your TV-Top account

You can delete your account yourself, whenever you like:

• On the web: sign in on your account page, open Settings, and choose Delete account.
• In the TV-Top app: open Settings and tap Delete Account.

Before anything is deleted, we show you what will happen to your purchases, and you confirm.

What is deleted

Your login, display name, colour preferences, stats, and any TVs or kiosks paired to your account. It happens straight away.

Subscriptions and purchases

• A Supporter subscription bought on tvtop.games or in Google Play is cancelled for you.
• A subscription bought in the App Store can only be cancelled by you, in your Apple subscriptions. Deleting your account does not stop Apple's billing, so cancel it there first.
• Games bought in the App Store or Google Play belong to your Apple ID or Google account, and can be restored onto a new TV-Top account with Restore Purchases in the app.
• Games bought on tvtop.games belong only to the account that bought them, and are gone once it is deleted.

What is kept

Records of payments, which the law requires us to keep. Apple, Google and Stripe hold their own, and our purchase records stay under an account id that no longer leads anywhere once your account is gone.

Can't sign in? Email contact@tvtop.games from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.
